Align Technology is a global medical device company that is changing lives through better smiles. Its flagship product, Invisalign, totally reinvented the way orthodontic treatment is delivered to millions of people worldwide.
Global means many moving parts and high expectations - creating clinical education platforms and conversion sites, video content, branding, communications and more.


PROFESSIONAL
Designing to inspire and engage.
The Professional Site is one of the first points of contact between a doctor and the product and the Invisalign brand. Its main role is to nurture prospective customers to register interest in becoming a provider.
By breaking down information into more digestible and engaging chunks, it created a benefits-led conversion journey.

EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM
Global, cross-channel education platform.
The requirement was to create a brand new platform to revolutionise the way Align educates doctors. By creating a new online training platform, Align hoped to free up time for more hands-on, clinical training, so doctors would be more highly skilled upon certification.
A bespoke content delivery platform was designed, capable of hosting different media, including videos, quizzes, and event information. Doctors use this platform to view course content at their own pace, register for events and download course completion certificates.

CONTENT
Powerful, practical content.
Reams of raw copy was transformed into engaging, easy-to-digest video content. The focus was on providing doctors with an exceptional user experience so they remained engaged in the learning journey.
Holding interest is crucial for the learning process. Content needed to be both impactful and informative. The total six-hour-long course content was created with motion, animation, and voiceover.


SCALABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
3 continents, 22 regions and in 10 languages.
For global requirements, the platform and content would need to be designed in a way that would easily transpate and scale; quickly. Since the initial launch, the complete clinical education platform has been translated into 10 different languages, and the number keeps growing.
